Refund Policies
General Refund Policy
Anytime before August 20th, 2026: 100% Refund
Anytime before September 14th, 2026: 50% Refund
Anytime after September 14th, 2026: No Refund
Acts of God and Weather Cancellations
VUMUN XXI will occur October 15-18, 2026, regardless of weather conditions. If a delegation chooses not to attend the conference due to inclement weather, we will be unable to provide any refunds.
Committee Preferences
Submitting Committee Preferences on Behalf of your Delegation
Committee assignments are organized according to the preferences submitted in your Registration Form. These preferences are on behalf of your entire delegation. Assignments will be created on a first-come, first-serve basis. VUMUN will do its very best to match committee preferences with delegations, but cannot guarantee any certain assignment. Committee assignments are subject to change at VUMUN’s discretion.
