Two years after the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion, the Soviet Union has been spotted transporting nuclear weapons to Cuba. The prospect of an unstable, hostile dictatorship possessing weapons of mass destruction ninety miles away is unacceptable and an almost certain step toward nuclear war. Is another invasion of Cuba necessary, or is there a diplomatic solution to be reached?
